We start with a standard KYC process, learning about your business and analyzing its characteristics and potential. Our background is picking winners in the capital markets, so we’re real good at business analysis. Once we’ve completed the initial KYC, usually prior to first quarter of membership, you can make unlimited requests and receive proactive deliverables specific to your work and business. Our team is available during office hours. Each user can make one request at a time. We work through them as received. Some can be delivered same business day within hours or even minutes. More complex requests especially development may take multiple quarters.
