The Industrial Coatings segment encompasses coatings, adhesives and sealants, and metal pretreatments, as well as service and coating application solutions for a multitude of sectors such as appliances, agriculture and construction equipment, consumer electronics, automotive parts and accessories, building products, kitchenware, and transportation vehicles among other finished products. It also extends on-site coatings services. This segment further extends into coatings for packaging materials like metal cans, closures, plastic tubes, and promotional or specialty packaging. Moreover, it offers amorphous precipitated silica for various applications like tires, battery separators etc.; TESLIN substrates used in labels, e-passports, driver’s licenses, breathable membranes, loyalty and identification cards; and innovative materials for organic light emitting diodes, display and lighting lens materials, optical lenses, color-change products, and photochromic dyes.
